2 cabbage heads;
½ of a green pepper;
½ of a small onion;
1 carrot;
2 cups of mayonnaise;
½ cup of sugar;
¼ cup of vinegar;
and ¼ cup of vegetable oil.
The first thing that must be done is for you to shred the cabbages in a food processor. The onion, carrots, and green pepper should be added to the processor afterwards. When you are done shredding, you should then mix the mayonnaise, oil, sugar, and vinegar in one bowl.
Simply try tasting a small amount of it to make sure it’s perfect; the taste must be sweet with only a hint of the taste of the vinegar. And then just simply mix the shredded ingredients with the dressing. To make the flavors blend in together, you can let it sit for at least an hour inside the fridge.
